Google Reviews Data
- Customer reviews and ratings from your Google Business Profile, accessed through the Google Business Profile API with your explicit authorization
- Review metadata including dates, reviewer names (as publicly visible on Google), and star ratings

- Log data including IP addresses, browser type, pages visited, and timestamps
- Feature usage patterns to help us improve the Service

2. How We Use Your Information

- Provide, operate, and maintain the ReviewAI Service
- Generate AI-assisted responses to your customer reviews
- Manage your subscription and process payments

3. Third-Party Services
ReviewAI relies on the following third-party services to operate:
Google Business Profile API
ReviewAI accesses your Google Business Profile data through Google’s official API, which you authorize during onboarding. Your use of Google’s services is subject to Google’s Privacy Policy. We access only the review data necessary to provide the Service and do not modify or delete your Google data.
Stripe (Payment Processing)
All subscription payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. ReviewAI does not store your credit card or payment information on our servers. Stripe handles all payment data in accordance with PCI-DSS standards. Please review Stripe’s Privacy Policy for details.
Anthropic (AI Response Generation)
ReviewAI uses Anthropic’s Claude AI to generate suggested responses to customer reviews. Review text may be transmitted to Anthropic’s API for this purpose. Anthropic processes this data in accordance with their Privacy Policy and applicable API usage policies. We transmit only the review content necessary for response generation — no personally identifiable account information is shared with Anthropic.
4. Data Retention
We retain your account information and review data for as long as your account remains active. If you cancel your subscription or delete your account, we will delete your personal data within 90 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal, tax, or compliance purposes.
Google review data is fetched in real time and is not permanently stored beyond what is necessary for Service functionality. AI-generated response drafts are retained only for the duration of your active session unless you explicitly save them.
5. Data Security
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information, including encrypted data transmission (TLS/HTTPS), secure server infrastructure, and access controls. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
6. Your Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the following rights regarding your personal data:
- Access: Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
- Correction: Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data
- Deletion: Request deletion of your personal data (subject to legal retention requirements)
